Senior Associate, CLO Operations

Overview

The Man Vardon team is seeking a high performing and motivated professional to lead a newly created role within Investment Operations and support fund financing strategies.

Tasks

• Direct operational support, oversight and expertise for Man Vardon's fund financing strategies, including the use of Mobile Market CLOs, ABS and other structured finance solutions
• Monitoring of CLO and warehouse facility compliance reporting
• Manage key monthly and quarterly reporting tasks, such as trustee reporting, payment data reporting, loan basis reporting, etc.
• Supporting the development of Man Vardon's operational data strategy and identifying and presenting tangible solutions to inefficient processes
• Improvement of internal controls, processes, data collection in VISA and WIP as well as operational controls
• Coordination with Investor Relations, Accounting & Compliance and other groups on DDQs, RFPs and other ad hoc requests

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CLO and/or other operational structured finance is an advantage
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus)
• Knowledge of VISA and WIP
• Working securely with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary and benefits

The expected salary range for this position is:

• $125,000 - $175,000 USD
