Job description: Senior Associate, CLO Operations

Tasks

• Direct operational support, oversight and expertise for Man Varengo's fund financing strategy, including the use of hedge market CLOs, ABLs and other structured finance solutions
• Daily compliance reporting for CLO and warehouse
• Management and preparation of monthly and quarterly reports, such as trustee reporting, payment date reporting, loan basis reporting, etc.
• Supporting the development of Man Varengo's operational data strategy and identifying and preventing solutions for inefficient processes
• Monitoring credit administration, fraud detection in M&O and IVF as well as operational controls; performing ad hoc reconciliations via various service providers
• Important role in the design and implementation of the technological footprint of the operational strategy
• Coordination with Investor Relations, Accounting and other groups for ad hoc requests

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in CLO or other operational structured finance
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus)
• Knowledge of P&P, IM and KIDs a plus
• Convenient when working with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
