Senior Associate, CLO Operations
Man Group is seeking a Senior Associate for CLO Operations to support the newly created role in the Investment Operations team and drive fund financing strategies. The candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in CLO or structured finance operations and have excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Job description
Tasks
- Direct operational support, oversight and expertise for Man Varengo's fund financing strategy, including the use of hedge market CLOs, ABLs and other structured finance solutions
- Monitor daily CLO and warehouse compliance reporting
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, such as trustee reporting, payment date reporting, loan basis reporting, etc.
- Support the development of Man Varengo's operational data strategy and identify and prevent tangible solutions for inefficient processes
- In addition, support in the monitoring of loan administration, trustee, data entry in MUD and WPF as well as operational controls
- An important role in the design and implementation of the technical basis of the operational strategy is played by
- Risk and control activities, including accounting, compliance and other groups for DDLs, RFPs and other ad hoc requests
- Coordination with Investor Relations, Accounting and other groups for ad hoc requests
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in CLO or other operational structured finance is an advantage
- Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus)
- Knowledge of ERP and/or ISO27001 plus
- Convenient when working with large amounts of data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
