Senior Associate, CLO Operations

Job description

The Man Van group is seeking a high-performing and motivated professional to lead a newly created role within investment operations that supports fund financing strategies.

Tasks and responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities include:

• Direct operational support, oversight, and expertise for Man Van Group's fund financing strategies, including the use of middle market CLOs, ABS, and other structured finance solutions.
• Monitoring CLO and investment facility compliance reporting
• Management of important monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables, such as trustee reports, payment data reports, upcoming credit basis reports, etc.
• Support in developing the Man Van group's operational data strategy and identifying inefficient processes
• Improvement of internal controls, processes, data entry in VISA and VNP, and operational controls
• Collaboration in the design and implementation of the digital transformation strategy and technology footprint
• Coordination with Investor Relations, Accounting & Compliance, and other groups on IDOs, RFPs, and other inquiries

Requirements

The requirements include:

• 2-5 years of experience in CLO or other operational structured finance experience
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization is a plus)
• Knowledge of VISA and WDP
• Working securely with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
