Senior Associate, CLO Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct operational support, oversight, and subject matter expertise to Man Van Group's fund finance strategies, which includes the use of middle market CLOs, ABS, and other structured finance solutions.
• Overseas CLOs and investment fund finance reporting
• Manage key monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables such as, but not limited to: trustee reporting, payment data reporting, borrowing base reporting, etc.
• Assist in the development of Man Van Group's operational data strategy while identifying and presenting tangible solutions for inefficient processes.
• Help improve internal controls; processes; data capture in VSD and VIP, and operational controls. Be able to perform various reconciliations across multiple service providers.
• Play a key role in shaping and delivering the CLO/Investment strategy technology footprint
• Execute ad hoc and ad hoc requests as they arise. Coordinate with Investor Relations, Accounting/Compliance, and other groups on 10Ds, RFPs, and other ad hoc requests.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of CLO and/or other operational structured finance experience is a priority
• Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus)
• Knowledge of VIP and VSD plus
• Confident working with large sets of data
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary and benefits:

The expected base salary for this position is between $125,000 and $175,000 USD. The compensation package also includes benefits and a variable bonus payment.
