Senior Associate, CLO Operations

Job description

Man Van Group is seeking a highly qualified and motivated professional to support a newly created role within investment operations and lead fund financing strategies.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Direct operational support, monitoring, and expertise for fund financing strategies, including the use of mobile market CLOs, ABS, and other structured financing solutions - Monitoring CLO and warehouse facility compliance reporting - Managing monthly and quarterly reporting requirements, such as trustee reports, payment data reports, borrower reports, etc. - Assist in developing the operational data strategy and identifying solutions for inefficient processes - Improve data management processes, data capture in VISA and WIP, and operational controls - Play a key role in designing and implementing non-traditional/alternative technology - Plan and track internal projects and monthly status reports for one or more groups - Coordinate with Investor Relations, Accounting/Compliance, and other groups

Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in CLO or other operational structured finance - Strong Excel skills (Power BI, data visualization a plus) - Knowledge of VISA and WIP - Confident working with large data sets - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong project management skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and benefits
