Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a high-performing Senior Associate/VP to join our Investment Banking COO team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of investment banking, collaborating closely with bankers from analysts to managing directors and working with a cross-functional team with a strong focus on process and efficiency.

Relevant tasks

- Business Partnering: Close collaboration with senior advisory and CFS product bankers, support with strategic deliverables, business reviews, and daily tasks - Executive Support: Support for senior IB management in preparing presentations for executive meetings and cross-product and/or cross-regional initiatives - Business Management: Oversee pipeline management and project approval processes, work closely with finance on revenue performance and forecasting - MI & Data Analytics: Develop and improve management information (MI) using Salesforce, Business Objects, and internal tools - Project & Process Ownership: Lead and execute projects that improve business efficiency or drive strategic priorities - Cross-Functional Engagement: Collaborate with key functions (technology, finance, operations, HR) to solve business problems and implement new initiatives - Risk, Conduct & Control: Ensure robust compliance with business policies and regulatory standards, promote conduct and best practice principles across teams

Requirements

- Effective at navigating complex stakeholder groups and multicultural teams - Strong technical and analytical skills:
  • Understanding of investment banking workflows, financial analysis, and resource allocation
  • Experience with Salesforce, Business Objects, MS Office, and AI tools; experience with data visualization/dashboarding is a plus
- Strong ability to execute:
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to switch seamlessly between tactical execution and high-level strategy
