The Senior Avaloq Specialist Cost and Finance is responsible for analyzing business requirements and defining objectives for the Avaloq core banking application in the area of cost and finance. The role involves communicating requirements to the development team and leading projects in the area of cost and finance.
Job description
Tasks
- Responsible for the Cost and Finance area for all solutions and improvements (balance sheet logic, cost profiles, etc.)
- Recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes in the Cost and Finance area of Avaloq
- Research business requirements, develop detailed specifications and validate cost and finance solutions with business partners
- Communication of business partner requirements to the Avaloq development team by translating business requirements into Avaloq module requirements
- Management of large projects or processes with limited supervision by a manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences or university in the field of computer science/business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Relevant Avaloq certification and experience
- Resilient, flexible and open to new ideas and approaches
- Proactive and motivated team player with an independent, reliable working style and a strong focus on quality
- Idea drivers and viewing innovations as new opportunities
- Experience with agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFE) is an advantage
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
