Senior Banking Systems Integration Engineer

Your role

As a Senior Banking Systems Integration Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of banking innovation, delivering customized integration solutions that enable exceptional customer experiences at scale.

Your tasks

• Designing, building, and maintaining scalable services on the Avaloq Container Platform Reference (ACPR/OpenShift)
• Developing robust integration solutions using the Avaloq Business Event Grid (BEG)
• Contribute to strategic integration projects involving bidirectional, real-time message streaming (Kafka)
• Diagnosing and resolving complex integration issues across multiple channels
• Collaborate with infrastructure and release management teams to ensure the quality of the overall solution from design through deployment
• Support for test campaigns and rollouts

Your profile

• Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• An Avaloq Academy Professional certification, such as Avaloq Certified Integration Professional (ACIP), is an asset
• 5 years of practical experience in system integration in the banking industry
• Experience with Avaloq
• Knowledge of OpenShift, OpenAPI, Apache Kafka, and .NET is a plus
• Ability to weigh problems and set priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A practical mindset and the ability to work independently
• Fluent English
