Tasks

• Consulting: Finding personalized solutions for customers and finding the best solutions for customers, taking into account their individual needs, wishes, goals and life situations
• Support: Maintaining existing customer relationships, acquiring new customers, advising and supporting customers, representing the bank and accepting requests and services
• Organization: organizing operations on site, being a customer and order partner for customers and looking for solutions where concerns and problems arise

Requirements

• Experience: Many years of experience in the banking industry and banking and customer-oriented skills an advantage and sound banking expertise
• Education: Completed banking training and ideally completed relevant further training in banking or finance and obtained SAG certification
• Clients: Professional competence, an open ear for banking topics and customer needs and a feel for different customer segments
• Working style: Human, service-oriented, financial, well-groomed and courteous appearance
