Tasks

• Comprehensive consulting services for individual and corporate clients in the areas of owner-occupied and investment properties
• Developing customized financing solutions tailored to customer needs
• Independent analysis, structuring, and management of complex and innovative credit and financing models
• Support for structural engineers, suppliers, and new evaluators of structural tools
• Analysis and optimization of customer relationships through credit and credit solutions, with a clear focus on long-term and sustainable customer relationships
• Close collaboration with credit managers and loan officers, as well as internal stakeholders
• Establishment of new, efficient, high-quality, and risk-based credit processing systems
• Active participation in the further development of our advisory and credit processes
