Tasks

• Independent management and positioning of consulting mandates at Raiffeisen banks with a focus on strategy, business model and organization
• Supporting banks in the development of individual target images and their implementation
• Co-design and further development of innovative advisory services for the Raiffeisen banks
• Ensuring and expanding best practices within the consulting portfolio
• Collaboration in strategic initiatives and projects at Raiffeisen Switzerland

Requirements

• Completed business studies (Uni/Hs) or equivalent further training
• Many years of consulting experience in strategy, organization and sales development in the financial sector, ideally in the banking environment
• Successful conception and implementation of strategies, business and sales models
• Analytical and conceptual thinking as well as strong customer orientation
• Strong communication skills at all levels and diplomatic skills
