Senior Financing Consultant
Zuger Kantonalbank is seeking a Senior Financing Advisor (90%, on-site) to advise clients on real estate financing and handle related transactions.
Your tasks
- Advising our clients on all matters related to financing, based on market conditions and the client portfolio (individuals, institutional clients, and nonprofit organizations)
- Designing, structuring, and executing financing solutions for clients served by Zuger Kantonalbank
- Supporting client structures and clients throughout the entire financing process
- Structuring and reviewing real estate documents, including customer data
- Collaboration with external experts and internal stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance, quality, and documentation standards
Our requirements
- Completed a banking apprenticeship, supplemented by advanced vocational training (HFE, FH) or a university degree
- Extensive experience in advising on and handling real estate financing
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, experience in cash flow and risk consulting
- Strong focus on customers and service
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of independence
- A highly process-oriented and independent approach to work
- Strong interest in digital topics and proficiency with digital tools
- Language skills: German, French, or English
- Category B Driver's License
- High level of empathy
- Ability to work independently
