Tasks

• Advising our clients on all matters related to financing—working closely with retail and private banking advisors
• Review, structuring, and processing of financing for existing customers in the client base
• Supporting customers throughout the entire financing process until completion

Requirements

• Completed banking training, supplemented by higher education (highest level, MHP, or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in advising on and processing real estate loans (for personal and business purposes)
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and experience in credit analysis and risk assessment
• Strongly customer- and service-oriented, with a passion for interacting with customers
• Communication skills, negotiation skills, a strong track record of closing deals, and an entrepreneurial and independent approach to work
• A strong interest in digital topics and a willingness to engage in continuous professional development
• Excellent written and spoken German skills, as well as
