Senior Business Analyst - Client Relationship Management 80-100% (f/m/d) - (Contract through our external payroll partner, immediate start for 12 months, with the possibility of extension)

Tasks

• Support for the GPS Platform Transformation Program, with a focus on Client Relationship Management (CRM) capabilities in sales and retail
• Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams
• Defining business data requirements, data ownership, and quality controls for customer information
• Performing data mapping and source-to-target analyses across CRM platforms and related systems
• Improving the accuracy, consistency, and usability of customer data, customer hierarchies, and customer relationships
• Development of business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
• Collaborating with architects and developers to deliver CRM enhancements and integration solutions
• Support for testing, implementing, and rolling out CRM capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems, finance, or engineering
• 7–9 years of experience in business analysis in the banking or financial services industry
• Extensive experience with CRM platforms and client relationship management
• Proven experience in customer data management, data modeling, and relationship management
• Knowledge of the concepts of customer master data, golden source, data governance, and data quality frameworks
• Experience with business partner structures, customer hierarchies, and legacy entities
• Experience integrating CRM platforms with upstream and downstream systems; understanding of functional specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements
