Senior Business Analyst, Customer Identity & Access Management (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Identifying and analyzing requirements for CIAM systems in close collaboration with internal business units and external partners
• Analyze and continuously optimize existing security and access policies across digital channels to ensure an optimal balance between security and user experience
• Ensure that not only compelling concepts are developed, but also that they prioritize user-friendliness and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the CIAM field, specifically in customer-facing systems, authentication (including OIDC or OAuth), and security architectures
• Proven experience in the design, development, and implementation of CIAM solutions across digital channels
• In-depth technical understanding of IT security, security architectures, and modern authentication and authorization methods
• Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a way that is easy to understand and tailored to the target audience, as well as to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at various hierarchical levels and coordinate their requirements
• Strategic and analytical thinking skills, combined with a solution-oriented approach to work
