Senior Business Analyst - Deposit Products

Tasks

The Business Analyst for Deposit Offering drives the strategic development of Julius Baer's deposit products, with a focus on IT enablement and operational change. The tasks include:

• Assessment of current processes and systems
• Management of end-to-end product changes from requirements gathering to market launch in close collaboration with IT, operations, and control functions
• Conducting data and process assessments to identify gaps and set priorities for system improvements and integrations
• Ensuring seamless integration of deposit solutions with core banking platforms to promote automation, efficiency, and compliance
• Assuming the role of primary owner for product, price, and process changes, coordinating with IT, risk, compliance, treasury, and sales
• Monitoring performance and market trends to initiate technology-driven improvements and prioritize deliveries based on strategic value and feasibility

Requirements

The following requirements apply to this position:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, product development, or a related field within the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record in developing and managing successful projects and/or product developments
• Strong understanding of banking IT systems, especially core banking
• Experience in defining target operating models and leading solution designs
• Proven track record in end-to-end delivery of product and process changes
• Ability to capture requirements, integrate systems, and manage change
• Ability to conduct IT and process gap assessments and derive actionable roadmaps
• Analytical mindset with a focus on scalability, automation, and operational efficiency
