- Facilitation of workshops and sign-offs with business representatives and control functions
- Proactive identification and resolution of access-related dependencies and risks across initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within a financial services organization
- Proven ability to capture, analyze, and document comprehensive business and system requirements for IT applications and integrations
- In-depth knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC) and identity and access management (IAM) frameworks
- Solid understanding of core banking platforms, systems, and their integration touchpoints
- Practical experience in configuring, testing, or validating access rights and permissions during the SIT and UAT phases
- Proven ability to develop and maintain important artifacts: RACI matrices, authorization models, traceability matrices, change logs
- Experience in conducting workshops, obtaining approvals, and coordinating with business units and control functions (legal, compliance, IT security)
- Strong understanding of data protection and security standards (e.g., GDPR, FINMA guidelines)
- Holders of relevant certifications such as CDPP or Agile/Scrum credits (POPM, PSPO, CSPO) are preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; good German language skills are an advantage.
