The position of Senior Business Analyst - Market and Treasury Risk involves the following responsibilities:

• In-depth understanding of market and treasury risk processes, including associated control requirements and regulatory drivers
• Practical experience with risk data, risk management systems (e.g., Murex, Calypso), and downstream control environments
• Taking Responsibility and Ownership in Solving Problems
• Communicating with stakeholders and creating presentations
• Analysis of Complex Data Flows and System Interfaces
• Identification of potential gaps, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, or emerging risks, and proactive resolution

Requirements

• Academic degree (bachelor's or master's) in finance, economics, engineering, business administration, computer science, or a related field
• Practical experience with risk data, risk systems, and downstream control environments
• A dynamic, independent mindset with a focus on ownership and responsibility
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data flows and system interfaces
• Proficiency with modern agile collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and similar platforms
