Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a business analyst in the banking/finance sector
• Experience in the areas of **requisition engineering**, process consulting and solution design
• Proven ability to understand complex interrelationships quickly and holistically, enabling sound decision-making and comprehensive solution development.
• Strong understanding of the principles and tools of lean process management.
