Senior Business Auditor – Global Products & Solutions with a Focus on Trading, Product Sales, and Execution Activities - Group Internal Audit 100% (f/m/d)

Your challenge

As an experienced auditor in the Global Products & Solutions division, you will lead end-to-end audits covering trading, product sales, and execution activities in Switzerland and, when necessary, internationally. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the planning and execution of risk-based audits, including scoping, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up
• Development of comprehensive audit plans with clearly defined objectives and a focus on risk
• Ensuring that audit engagements are completed on time, within budget, and in full compliance with internal audit standards and methods
• Independent Assessment of the Materiality and Impact of Findings
• Conducting mandatory participant audits for stock exchanges such as SIX Swiss Exchange and BX Swiss AG; verifying compliance with the relevant stock exchange regulations and the Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA)
• Preparation of formal audit reports in English; clear and constructive communication of the results
• Presentation of actionable findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, and proactive monitoring of the progress of corrective actions
• Use of data analytics techniques to improve test coverage, objectivity, and efficiency
• Participation in special assignments, including ad hoc reviews, investigations, and in-depth analyses aimed at improvement
• Building trusting relationships with business partners and oversight functions; providing sound, solution-oriented insights
• Proactively monitoring regulatory developments and internal changes to support audit planning and strengthen risk assessment processes
• Supporting young team members through coaching and skills development to foster a positive "one-team" culture based on collaboration and continuous learning

Your profile

Professional and technical skills:

• Substantial audit experience within an internal or external audit function in the Swiss financial sector, preferably with a focus on trading, product sales, and execution activities (at least 5 years). Experience with exchange-mandated participant audits (e.g., SIX Exchange Regulation (SER), Financial Market Infrastructure Act (FMIA)) is a plus
• A university degree or equivalent, preferably in economics, finance, banking, or a related field
• Audit-related certifications (e.g., CIA, CPA) or additional training in financial markets and risk management disciplines (e.g., FRM, CRM, CFA) are considered a strong advantage
• Practical experience in data analytics is considered an asset
