Senior Business Controller with a focus on IT/Operations

Tasks

• Preparation of budget plans, forecasts, and variance analyses, as well as development of KPIs
• Review and monitoring of business cases
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration, economics, or a similar field of study
• German (business fluent), French (an advantage), English (fluent)
• Several years of practical experience in controlling and/or business activities—ideally in the financial services sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and a committed nature
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
