Senior Business Controller with a focus on IT/Operations

Migros Bank is seeking a Senior Business Controller with a focus on IT/Operations who can help shape the bank’s management and analyze financial relationships. The position is advertised as a permanent role with an 80–100% workload and the option to work from home.

Tasks

• Preparing budget plans, forecasts, and variance analyses, as well as developing KPIs • Reviewing and monitoring business cases • Preparing ad hoc analyses

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience • Master’s degree (university or university of applied sciences) in business administration, economics, or a related field • German (business fluent), French (preferred), English (fluent) • You have several years of practical experience in controlling, accounting, or auditing—ideally in the financial services sector • You stand out for your strong analytical and conceptual skills and take a holistic approach to issues • With your strong communication skills and dedicated attitude, you are able to convey complex topics to internal and external stakeholders, both within your team and across departments • You work proactively, in a structured and solution-oriented manner, and maintain a clear overview even in challenging situations • You are a solution-oriented go-getter
