Senior Business Controller with a focus on IT/Operations

Tasks

In this role as Finance Business Partner:

• Preparation of forecasts, variance analyses, and development of KPIs
• Review and monitoring of business cases
• Preparation of ad hoc analyses

Requirements

What you bring to the table:

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Master's degree (university, university of applied sciences) in business administration, economics, or similar fields of study
• German (native speaker)
• French (an advantage)
• English (fluent)
• Several years of practical experience in controlling and/or auditing – ideally in the financial services sector
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong communication skills and a committed nature
• Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
