Senior Business Developer, Asset Management (80-100%)
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Developer (80-100%) for the Asset Management team who will focus on business development of investment solutions for private banks, family offices and institutional investors. The focus will be on the European markets and French-speaking Switzerland.

About the role
- Drive business development efforts related to our investment solutions with a focus on private banks, family offices, external asset managers, institutional and crypto investors
- Management of existing customer relationships with a focus on selected European markets and French-speaking Switzerland
- Expansion of the network across certain customer segments and regions
- Supporting Sygnum's relationship managers with asset management solutions
- Lead product-specific sales campaigns and customer events for asset management topics in specific regions in collaboration with marketing (including roadshows, conferences, webinars and educational activities)
- Work with the asset management team to further develop our asset management offering
- Serve as a thought leader in direct client interactions and as a speaker at external seminars and panels to ensure the company's crypto offerings remain present in the minds of clients
- Proactively support internal and external prospects and current investors with client reporting, marketing materials and monthly team updates
Ideal candidate
- At least 5 years of experience and track record in a business development/sales oriented role in asset management
- Existing network within client segments of private banks, family offices and external asset managers (network within other institutional investors is a plus) in European markets and French-speaking Switzerland or with crypto-native investors
- Strong knowledge of asset management markets and products
- Strong interest and knowledge of cryptocurrencies and blockchain
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration or a related field
- High level of customer service skills and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills
- Strong sense of ownership, unwaveringly resourceful, enjoys working in an entrepreneurial environment
- Fluent English. German and/or French and/or German desirable, Italian is a plus
