Job description: Senior Business Developer (South West)

Tasks

• Development of our own network of Financial Advisers at US financial institutions
• Development of an own network of centers of influence, business introducers and direct interested parties
• Advising U.S. financial advisors and prospects; providing recommendations that include multiple products and services as well as our unique Vontobel asset offering
• Effectively manage relationships with Financial Advisers, Centers of Influence, Business Introducers and take ownership of the client/prospect experience
• Collaborate with company specialists and experts to ensure the integrated delivery of our sales proposition, products and investment solutions
• Adherence to risk and compliance requirements and guidelines

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, either in the Private Wealth business for HNW or UHNW clients or in selling financial products and services to other financial institutions
• Established network of Financial Advisers at U.S. financial institutions, Centers of Influence and Business Introducers in the Southwest and the ability to develop a sales pipeline and close prospect opportunities
• A motivated, customer-focused and solution-oriented employee with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive attitude, analytical and structured thinking
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, team player who can work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages such as Spanish, French or German are a plus
• A self-motivated personality with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to teach and mentor
• Willingness to travel in your area

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000
