Job description: Senior Business Developer

Tasks

• Development of our own network of financial advisors at US financial institutions
• Development of a proprietary network of centers of influence, business introducers and direct prospects
• Serve as a trusted advisor to U.S. financial advisors and prospects; provide recommendations that encompass multiple products and services and our unique USPs
• Developing a deep understanding of the needs, preferences and overall situation of prospects and customers
• Function as relationship manager, responsible for the experience of customers/prospects
• Leveraging the company's specialists and expert resources to ensure the integrated delivery of our sales proposition, products and investment solutions
• Adherence to risk and compliance requirements and guidelines

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in business development, either in private wealth business for HNWI or UHNW clients and/or in selling financial products and services to other financial institutions
• An established network of financial advisors at U.S. financial institutions, centers of influence and business introducers on the West Coast and the ability to develop a sales pipeline and close prospect opportunities
• A motivated, customer-focused and solution-oriented employee with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Proactive attitude, analytical and structured thinking
• Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, team player who can work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; other languages such as Spanish, French or German are a plus
• A self-motivated personality with a hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to teach and mentor
• Willingness to travel in your area

Compensation

• The salary range for this role is $180,000 - $250,000.
