Senior Business Engineer, API Banking & ID Management (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Help shape the expansion and further development of our CIAM solution
• Specifying requirements, features, and user stories, as well as overseeing the implementation of inclusivity, including support for testing and rollouts
• Ensure stable operations, including operational support and compliance with regulatory and security requirements in the Open Banking and CIAM environments
• Collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, as well as analyzing requirements and advising internal and external partners through active stakeholder management

Requirements

• Solid methodological skills in requirements gathering, modeling, and specification (e.g., UML, BPMN, mock-ups)
• Experience coordinating work packages and leading small projects as subprojects, as well as experience with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe)
• Knowledge of digital identities, authentication methods, and OAuth2 Connect is a plus
• A motivated, inclusive, and team-oriented approach to working with people, with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and a clear focus on what matters most
• Strong analytical skills, as well as holistic, goal-oriented thinking and sufficient consulting skills in dealing with stakeholders
• A strong sense of ownership, with the ability to drive decisions forward and take responsibility
