Senior Business Engineer for Digital Transformation in the Plant Business (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Actively support your change requests from inception through implementation—you’ll ensure end-to-end implementation and carry out the necessary technical and training measures
• Serving as an interface within the organization between functional departments (e.g., Sales, Legal, Interaction Design) and IT, ensuring cross-functional coordination and communication

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration or business informatics
• 5–8 years of experience in project management for the investment sector at financial institutions; knowledge of regulatory requirements in the banking sector
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills, as well as methodological expertise in process modeling, BPMN, UX design, user story writing, and use case modeling
• Experience with agile project management (SAFe, Scrum) is a plus
• A high degree of personal responsibility, flexibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong customer service orientation, a can-do attitude, and a willingness to learn
• A confident and assured demeanor and eloquent communication in German
