Senior Business Engineer, Finance (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Organizing, Facilitating, and Leading Workshops
• Working closely with product managers, product owners, and other key stakeholders

Your profile

• A completed degree (university, university of applied sciences, or higher vocational school) in business informatics, business administration, commerce/computer science, etc.
• Several years of experience as a business engineer/analyst in this field, ideally with a focus on financing
• Knowledge of agile project management methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) is an asset within the bank
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze complex relationships and interdependencies
• An open-minded and empathetic person with a team-oriented attitude and strong self-motivation
• Enjoys collaborating with colleagues from other departments (Product Management, Sales, etc.)
• Openness and willingness to take on responsibilities as a Product Owner or Business Analyst when needed
• Very good oral and written expression in German
