Senior Business Engineer - Quality & Rollout Management Digital Client Channels

Tasks

• Rollout management:
• Coordination of all departments involved (e.g. IT, marketing, customer service) during the rollout of new products or functions.
• Maintaining ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creation of rollout materials such as FAQs, factsheets and customer brochures to support the introduction of new functions.
• Designing and implementing smooth handovers between departments.
• Quality management:
• Development, design and implementation of a test concept (including test plans and test strategies).
• Planning, organization and management of all testing activities within the e-banking team and beyond.
• Creation of comprehensive test cases based on acceptance criteria and user stories.
• Execution and monitoring of various test types (e.g. functional, integration and usability tests) and tracking of defect elimination.

Requirements

• Experience in quality and rollout management, ideally in banking; experience with e-banking tests is a plus.
• Practical experience with BDD, Jira Xray, Playwright and Confluence.
• Proof of the introduction and communication of digital products or functions, ideally in e-banking.
• Strong understanding of digital products, customer needs and underlying technologies (web, app, API).
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented and proactive in challenging situations.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop structured solutions.
• Clear communicator who is able to adapt complex topics to different target groups.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
• Team player with the ability to foster collaboration across disciplines.
