Senior Business Manager, Corporate Banking

Overview

As Senior Business Manager Corporate Banking, you will report directly to the relevant member of the Executive Board and play a key role in the efficient management of this centrally and decentrally organized business unit. You will assist with the planning, coordination, and design of central and decentralized issues in corporate banking.

Tasks

• Responsible for the realization and implementation of projects and initiatives
• Preparation of reports, analyses, and presentations for senior management in the corporate client business
• Increasing efficiency and profitability
• Budget responsibility and monitoring and control of KPIs

Profile

• At least 10 years, including at least 3 years in corporate banking
• In a comparable position in banking
• Bachelor's degree (university, university of applied sciences) Business Administration
• German (business fluent), English (very good knowledge)
• In-depth knowledge of the corporate customer segment and experience in the role of business manager
• Comprehensive project management skills with determination and perseverance
• In-depth experience in corporate banking (processes, offerings, market, competencies)
• Networked and innovative thinking as an affiliate for digitalization and automation
• Ability to work across departments and convince stakeholder groups in a profitable manner
