Your challenge

• Central role in the onboarding process: Active guidance and support in onboarding potential new customers, account relationships and in overall customer relationship management - with a focus on efficient and sustainable implementation
• Coordination and cooperation with internal departments such as Compliance, Legal and Tax to ensure a smooth and high-quality onboarding and KYC process
• Advice and support on due diligence and AML issues, particularly in the context of onboarding and KYC - as the first point of contact for client departments
• Quality assurance and knowledge transfer: creation and continuation of training courses, guidelines and reports for the continuous development of onboarding and KYC processes and standards
• Group-wide coordination and processes with internal and external stakeholders to harmonize and further develop onboarding processes

Your profile

• Completed KVU studies in banking or fiduciary services, ideally with a specialist focus on the banking and finance sector
• In-depth stakeholder management and ability to build and maintain trusting relationships
• Experience in complex onboarding and KYC review
• Confident knowledge of German and very good written and spoken English; other languages an advantage
• High motivation as well as solution-oriented and pragmatic thinking and acting
• Open, flexible, communicative and enthusiastic personality with a strong service orientation
