Senior Business Risk Manager (m/f/d)

Your challenge

• Management and further development of the Top Line of Defense risk parameter.
• Risk assessments, as well as the design and implementation of controls for non-financial risks (operational and compliance risks) and our "early warning measures."
• Management and control of business-related processes (digital transformation, process automation, compliance/testing, and minimizing complexity).
• Sparring Partner for Asset Management, RR Compliance, Operational Risk, and Legal
• Members' Perceptions and Participation in PR Monitoring Functions
• Coaching, mentoring, and training preparation for individual managers
• Development of the division in accordance with regulatory requirements and in consultation with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., audit, external review)
• Coordinating and prioritizing the annual self-assessment.

Your profile

• A very clear understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape (e.g., MiFID, KV, ARRIA, etc.)
• Communicating official, complex issues and ever-changing, insightful problems
• Ideally, experience in risk management, compliance, or QSA
• Empathy and a solution-oriented approach in the deals sector at various levels—within the team, among stakeholders, or at the management level
• Strategic and process-oriented thinking, as well as the ability to improve things
• Ability to effectively persuade stakeholders at various levels through reasoned argumentation
