Senior Business Strategist (Personal Banking) – Chief Strategy Office

Tasks

• Driving Holistic Strategic Development for UBS Personal Banking
• Support decision-making by our internal business clients at the senior management level
• Conduct industry, competitive, and benchmarking analyses
• Formulation of the Strategy for UBS Personal Banking (Vision, Structure, and Narrative)
• Project Management Support for the Personal Banking Executive / (Co-)Project Lead (Communication and Project Development)

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of professional experience in the financial services sector
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, preferably with a focus on financial services
• An entrepreneurial spirit capable of working independently and effectively in a team environment
• Independent thinking that constructively and openly questions the status quo
• Strong strategic thinking skills, combined with a commercial understanding of the market and business acumen
• A proven track record of confidently managing projects from start to finish, including stakeholder management
• A high level of energy, initiative, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility
• The Highest Standards of Integrity and Professional Ethics
• Proficiency in German and a good understanding of the people being counseled
• Knowledge of the Swiss Economy
• Curiosity about how AI can be used to shape financial services; an awareness of the value of data-driven decisions and a desire to explore how AI can help customers work more efficiently and achieve their goals more quickly
