Senior Business Strategist (Personal Banking) – Chief Strategy Office

Tasks

• Drive the development of the strategy for UBS Personal Banking in a holistic manner
• support the decision-making process of our internal business partners at the senior management level
• Conduct industry, competitive, and benchmarking analyses
• Designing operating models and processes for specific markets and business units
• Measure and consolidate business results, including financial modeling

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience in the financial services sector
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a “can-do” attitude
• Independent thinking (constructive questioning of the status quo) combined with a proven ability to work collaboratively
• well-developed strategic thinking skills
• A proven track record in independently identifying problems, solving them, and developing projects
