UBS is seeking a Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to develop wealth management strategy at various levels and support senior internal business partners. The position requires 3-5 years of experience in a top management consulting firm or a corresponding in-house position, preferably in the financial sector.

Do you have a strategic mindset for working with high-level stakeholders? Do you have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, taking different opinions and stakeholders into account to find common solutions? Can you communicate complex business challenges constructively and simply?
We are looking for someone who:
- drives the development of the Wealth Management strategy at a global, national, channel, and product-specific level, together with the respective business areas.
- supports the decision-making process of our internal business partners at the highest management level.
- Conducts industry, competition, and benchmarking analyses.
- Designs operating models and processes for specific markets and business segments.
- Coordinated and scrutinized business plans, including financial modeling.
- Developed implementation roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
Your expertise
- Degree from a top university, preferred.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in a top management consulting firm or an equivalent internal corporate development position, preferably with a focus on financial services.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently.
- Independent thinking (constructive).
- Well-developed strategic thinking at the highest level.
- Proven track record of independent vision, structure, and narrative.
- Highly energetic, proactive, disciplined, and honest employee.
