Your role

Do you have a strategic mindset to engage with senior stakeholders? Do you have strong problem-solving skills and do you enjoy bringing structure to complex situations, engaging with a variety of views and stakeholders to find common solutions? Are you good at communicating complex business challenges in a constructive and easy way?

We are looking for someone who wants to:

• drive the development of the Wealth Management strategy at a global, country, channel, and product level, together with the respective businesses
• support the decision-making of our internal business partners at senior management level
• conduct industry, competitor, and benchmarking analyses
• design operating models and processes for specific markets and business segments
• coordinate and challenge business plans, including financial modeling
• develop implementation roadmaps for strategic initiatives

Your expertise

• A top-tier university education, preferably with a focus on financial services
• 3-5 years of professional experience with a top-tier university education, preferably with a focus on financial services
• strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• entrepreneurial spirit who can work independently (constructively)
• well-developed strategic thinking in terms of vision, structure, and narrative
• proven track record of independent vision, structure, and narrative
• high level of energy, initiative, discipline, and the highest level of integrity and professionalism, preferably with a focus on
