Senior Change Manager - Finance Transformation 100% (f/m/d)
Julius Baer is looking for a Senior Change Manager - Finance Transformation to be responsible for the implementation of change processes in the finance area and to support the organization in adapting to new systems and processes. The position is limited to 12 months with a possible extension.
Job description
Tasks
- Design and deliver role-specific training programs - combined with e-learning, workshops and job-aids - in partnership with Learning & Development to ensure effective knowledge transfer and sustainable capability post go-live
- Monitor business readiness through a structured dashboard (tracking training completion, UAT attendance, feedback sentiment, etc.), proactively manage resistance and provide post-implementation support to drive adoption and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Experience in organizational change management (OCM) within large-scale transformation programs, preferably in financial services or highly regulated industries; proven success in delivering change initiatives involving people, processes and technology
- In-depth knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR, Prosci or Kotter's 8-step model, with practical application in developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments and measuring business readiness
- Solid understanding of financial operations and systems, especially in areas such as financial accounting, management accounting, treasury and pricing; familiarity with banking platforms (e.g. T24/Temanero) or ERP systems an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences - from frontline employees to senior leaders - and create compelling content (FAQs, newsletters, presentations) to drive engagement and reduce resistance
- Project coordination and stakeholder management skills, including facilitating workshops and conducting
