Senior Change Manager - Procurement Source-to-Pay 60% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Support in planning and managing an efficient and sustainable end-to-end change management process
• Support and Coordination of Future TOM with SAP ARIBA
• Lead the change transformation for S2P to ensure alignment between operating model design, technology (e.g., SAP Ariba), governance, and day-to-day business operations
• Managing change management workflows across S2P project phases using relevant change management principles, techniques, and tools
• Assessment of the impact of planned organizational changes (including the costs, benefits, and risks of the changes) on people, culture, technology, and processes
• Identifying risks and developing risk mitigation strategies and recommendations
• Development of stakeholder communication, training, and engagement materials to support global initiatives

Requirements

• Strong organizational and PMO skills, including milestone planning, reporting, and governance
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
• Proven experience in leading business transformation and change management in global organizations
• A solid understanding of end-to-end source-to-pay processes and operating models
• Experience working with procurement technologies (e.g., SAP Ariba or comparable S2P platforms)
• Experience in the financial services industry or similarly regulated industries would be preferred
• Knowledge of global procurement operating models, including offshore or nearshore centers of excellence, would be an asset
• In-depth understanding of change management principles, techniques, and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• A self-motivated, team-oriented, and hands-on individual who fosters a collaborative work environment
