SENIOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER
Leonteq is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Officer for its Singapore office to build client relationships in the financial sector and to structure and distribute hybrid bonds. The candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in banking, in-depth knowledge of structured products, and excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

- The Leonteq office in Singapore is part of the team, along with two new offices, supporting the company's plans to further expand into the Asia-Pacific region.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Proactively develop and maintain client relationships with multiple banks, asset managers, and multi-family offices, and support the onboarding process.
- Originate, structure, and distribute hybrid debt offerings, including corporate bonds, private placement notes, FX swaps, credit and rate notes, and barrier options.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle: from initial contact to closing. This includes trade execution, valuation, and back-office follow-up.
- Regularly attend investor presentations, roadshows, and investment forums in collaboration with our Structuring, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure a seamless process.
- Develop and manage relationships across multiple sectors (financial institutions, corporations, banks, sovereigns) while building strong personal rapport with key decision-makers.
- Stay up to date on market trends, regulatory changes, and developments in the competitive landscape.
- Mentor and guide junior colleagues who can help with the onboarding of new clients.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in banking or private banking.
- Proven track record and revenue history.
- Excellent presentation skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
- A deep understanding of products and market structure.
- Structured Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of structured product solutions and derivatives (such as credit-related notes, barrier options, equity swaps, dividends, etc.) and trading platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv).
- Strong Analytical Skills: A quantitative approach to problem solving; the ability to develop complex financial models under time pressure.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
- Multilingual Advantage: Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and Russian is a big plus.
