Tasks

• Promote and sell financial products to assigned client accounts within business segment in order to achieve a defined annual sales quota
• Manage existing client relationships, ensuring a high level of service; analyze client penetration, reviews strengths and weaknesses and identifies ways to improve the status quo
• Execute predefined sales strategies, finds new leads as well as sales opportunities by conducting market analysis and acquires new customers, increasing the organization's distribution coverage
• Determine the customer needs and their unique investment goals and tailor product solutions to meet them; provide clients with insights on product features, benefits, and risks
• Prepare, review and sign off documentation for client transactions in compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Review and maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities and revenue performance
• Stay updated with market trends, economic developments and industry regulations
• Lead and support Projects within the Division

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar
• 5+ years Structured/Derivatives Sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach and ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to details and analytical skills
• Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results oriented culture
• Team player attitude with the ability to work independently
• Fluency in English and German
