As a Senior Client Relationship Officer at Leonteq, you will promote and sell financial products to existing clients in order to achieve an annual sales quota and maintain existing client relationships. You will analyze client needs, develop individual solution concepts and build new client relationships.

Tasks
- Promotion and sale of financial products to assigned customer accounts within the business segment to achieve a defined annual sales quota
- Managing existing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of service; analyzing customer penetration, reviewing strengths and weaknesses and identifying opportunities to improve the status quo
- Execution of a predefined sales strategy, search for new leads and sales opportunities through market analysis and acquisition of new customers, increasing the company's sales coverage
- Determining client needs and their individual investment objectives and tailoring product solutions to these needs; providing clients with information on product features, benefits and risks
- Preparation, review and approval of documentation for customer transactions in accordance with regulations and internal guidelines
- Review and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity and sales performance
- Updating market trends, economic developments and industry regulations
- Management and support of projects within the division
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, finance or a similar field
- 5+ years of experience in structured/derivative sales
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive approach and ability to work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Commitment to a dynamic, entrepreneurial and results-oriented culture
- Team player mentality with the ability to work independently
- Fluent in English and German
