Senior Cloud Architect

Tasks

• Design and implementation of cloud infrastructure for SaaS and PaaS use in accordance with industry standards (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, storage, DevOps)
• Development of the architectural blueprint (SAD) for the hybrid cloud platform, including networking, identity, and security for Azure and AWS landing zones
• Selection and design of key platform services (compute, storage, monitoring, automation, identity) to support SaaS and PaaS cloud workloads
• Active coordination of roadmaps with the product owner, IT engineers, and internal clients
• Identification and documentation of relevant cloud architecture principles, standards, and best practices
• Development and implementation of the cloud governance framework as part of the new "Cloud Center of Excellence" team, in collaboration with colleagues from various divisions and around the world

Requirements

• A university degree in (business) computer science, IT, or a related field
• Strategic Awareness of Quality and Accountability
• Practical experience with cloud architecture and underlying technologies (virtualization, containerization, or automated setup)
• Understanding of the stringent regulatory requirements in the banking and securities sectors
