Migros Bank is looking for a Senior Cloud Platform and Solution Engineer/Architect to design and support the cloud platform architecture to ensure the operation of services. The ideal candidate has experience in the Microsoft Azure environment and enjoys designing platforms and architectures.
Job description
Tasks
- Architecture & Solution Design: Design of the cloud platform (Azure) architecture and support for the applications teams in solution design
- Availability & Capacity Management: Support in ensuring the necessary availability and capacity of the respective services
- Cloud Platform Orchestration & Operation: Automation & optimization of configurations and processes, management and coordination of stakeholders in the cloud platform
- Cloud governance and FinOps: Further development and implementation of cloud and security governance in the bank and assistance with cost optimization
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Maintaining the necessary skills, knowledge, and tools within the company and ensuring appropriate methods and agreed standards are in place.
Requirements
- 5 years in a comparable function
- Federal Diploma in
- Cloud engineering
- German (business fluent)
- English (good knowledge)
