Senior Commercial Broker (Investment Properties) 100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• Generation of leads that are followed up as part of the acquisition process
• Acquisition and execution of purchase and sale mandates (e.g. with residential, office, retail, industrial or logistics properties) as well as development projects, both from own and existing leads (Julius Baer Real Estate and Bank Julius Baer), including:
• Valuation using various methods and preparation of location and marketing analyses for different properties
• Preparation of offers, presentations and investment memorandums
• Project management during the entire brokerage process in cooperation with Julius Baer real estate consultants (Junior Commercial Brokers) and all relevant stakeholders
• Development of marketing strategies and concepts in cooperation with our marketing department
• Cross-selling to other departments within Julius Baer Real Estate and to Bank Julius Baer

Requirements

• You have an above-average Bachelor's or Master's degree in real estate, economics, finance, architecture, engineering or similar.
• You have 4-8 years of professional experience in the field of real estate brokerage
• You are an effective networker and bring a broad, existing professional network with you
