(Senior) Compliance Business Analyst

Your challenge

• Analysis, assessment, and documentation of technical requirements in the compliance field (including AML, KYC, sanctions, tax/family, and cross-border)
• Monitoring of business requirements in complex processes (including Triesen and strategic system design), as well as system modeling and ERP
• Development, optimization, and digitization of compliance processes, as well as helping to design effective software
• Planning, conducting, and coordinating functional tests (ATP) and ensuring the quality of system traceability
• Participation in and management of compliance-related projects, as well as coordination with various internal and external contacts
• Regular collaboration with compliance experts, IT, project teams, and other stakeholders to further develop the compliance system architecture

Your profile

• Completed degree or advanced training in business administration, business informatics, or banking (qualified)
• Several years of professional experience in the banking sector, ideally at the interface between business units and IT
• A solid foundational understanding of regulatory issues and compliance processes
• Methodological expertise in agile project management and project management (includes training)
• In-depth knowledge of system landscapes and applications, including banking (e.g., SAP), as well as experience working with compliance and monitoring systems
• Professional communication with IT experts, functional departments, and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, and assertiveness
• Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
