Senior Compliance Officer (100 %)

Your tasks

• You recognize, assess and evaluate compliance risks in connection with Swiss law and Group-wide requirements
• You draft guidelines, work instructions and processes with compliance-relevant content
• You advise the management and the front office on compliance-relevant topics
• You carry out checks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• You keep up to date with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, in particular through internal and external training courses
• You support the development and updating of internal bank regulations
• They ensure structured and regular reporting to the management and relevant committees
• They impart knowledge through target group-oriented training and content on the intranet

Requirements

• You have a degree with a focus on banking & finance, law, economics or comparable subjects
• You have several years of professional experience in the compliance area of a bank or financial services provider
• You also have practical experience in a control function (compliance, audit, risk management)
• You have a good understanding of legal entities and corporate law structures as well as communication structures and processes
• You are a communicative, strong, resilient and committed person
• You can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks
• You carry out your tasks independently, are flexible and reliable
• You impress with a high standard of quality and good assertiveness
• You have a good command of English and French
