St.Galler Kantonalbank is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer (80–100%) with experience in anti-money laundering and financial crime compliance to assess complex cases and help shape the future development of the AMLA unit. The ideal candidate holds a degree in law or banking and has several years of experience in compliance.
Tasks
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer to assess complex AML cases and actively help shape the future of our AML unit. The responsibilities include:- Assessment of complex AMLA cases
- Optimization of processes and workflows
- Expert advice for operational compliance units and front-line staff
Requirements
What you bring to the table:- A college degree, preferably in law, or a completed banking apprenticeship
- Several years of experience in compliance, with a focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and financial crime compliance
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- A talent for organizing complex issues and presenting them in an understandable way
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach to work
