Job description
Senior Compliance Officer - Private Banking Compliance (80-100%)Tasks
- Collaboration with key stakeholders within the organization, including the CBU Division
- Preparation and development of regular reports for senior management
- Implementation of onboarding processes for high-risk clients, including a detailed assessment of KYC and financial crime risks for potential clients (also related to digital assets)
- Function as dedicated expert for dormant accounts
- Carrying out AML examinations if required
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the global compliance program and global standards
- Review and maintain local policies and procedures as required
- Promoting a strong compliance culture to minimize legal, regulatory, sanction and reputational risks
Requirements
- Solution-oriented approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism
- Experience with digital assets (blockchain, cryptocurrencies, etc.)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and a keen interest in IT systems
